The Universal Language of Frequencies
By Kateb Nuri-Alim Shunnar
This morning, I caught every single red light on my way to work. Every. Single. One. At first, I was frustrated gripping the wheel, mumbling under my breath. But by the second or third stop, something clicked. It hit me: no matter where you’re from, red means stop, yellow means slow down, and green means go. Universal. It doesn’t matter if you speak English, Swahili, or Mandarin or no language at all you just know.
And that made me ask myself: What is color, really?
Color isn’t just something we see. It’s energy, a frequency. Red vibrates at around 430 trillion Hertz. Violet is up there at 750 trillion Hertz. We feel it, we respond to it, even if we don’t consciously understand it. It’s a language beyond words, a rhythm that connects us. And if that’s true for light, why wouldn’t it be true for life?
Think about it: everything operates on frequencies. Your mind, your heart, your spirit they all tune into vibrations. Love? That’s a high frequency. Peace? That’s up there too. Anger and hate? They’re low, heavy, dragging frequencies. Just like traffic lights, some frequencies tell us to stop, some to slow down, and others urge us forward.
Here’s the thing: language can divide us, but frequencies? They connect us. Walk into a room full of strangers, and you’ll feel the energy before anyone says a word. A room full of love feels warm, like a summer day. A room thick with anger? That’s suffocating, like trying to breathe underwater. No words are needed; the vibe speaks loud and clear.
That’s the Creator’s signature right there a blueprint woven into our existence. Strip away the accents, the dialects, the slang, and what’s left? Energy. Frequencies. Vibes. The unspoken language we all understand, no matter the “avatar” we walk around in.
And love? Man, love is the ultimate green light. It’s universal. It crosses borders, languages, and cultures like it’s got a passport to everywhere. It’s why a mother’s hug feels the same in Brooklyn as it does in Bangkok. It’s why a song can move you to tears even when you don’t understand a single word of the lyrics.
Your heartbeat? That’s not random. It’s rhythm, pulsing to a divine frequency. That’s why you feel connected when someone’s energy aligns with yours like two radios tuned to the same station. That’s harmony. That’s unity.
But here’s the catch: we’re so distracted by the noise of the world politics, egos, petty arguments that we lose the signal. We drown out the melody of connection with the static of division. That’s on us.
As I sat at those red lights, I started thinking about how life throws signals at us all the time. Sometimes we’re in a “stop” season, where everything feels like a dead end. Other times, it’s “caution,” where we need to slow down and navigate carefully. And then there’s “go,” when the universe is like, It’s your time move with love and purpose. The problem is, if you’re not paying attention to the frequency, you’ll miss the signal.
The Creator designed us to pick up on these vibes, to understand each other without needing words. Babies get it. They don’t speak, but they feel love. They know the warmth of care, the frequency of connection.
Music gets it too. It’s all vibration. You don’t need to understand the language of a song to feel the beat, to move, to cry, to know. That’s why your favorite track hits different it’s speaking to your soul in a way words never could.
So what do we do with this knowledge? It’s simple: we tune in. We stop letting the noise distract us and start listening to the frequencies that matter. Unity isn’t just a nice idea; it’s our natural state. Frequencies don’t lie. Love doesn’t lie.
The next time you feel disconnected from someone, ask yourself: What’s the frequency here? Am I vibrating on love, or am I stuck on static? Because when you’re tuned into love, everything flows.
And if you’re stuck at a red light in life, don’t stress. Red isn’t forever it’s just a pause. Use that time to recalibrate, to tune in to the Creator’s signal. Align your soul with the vibes that guide us. Because when the light changes, you need to be ready to move.
At the end of the day, frequencies are the real language. Not words, not accents, not dialects just the vibrations of the heart, soul, and mind. So let’s vibe higher. Let’s connect deeper. Let’s tune in to what truly unites us.
Every red light eventually turns green. Trust the frequency.
